Returns Policy

Returns are gladly accepted within five (5) days starting at the day the item was delivered to you.

The item(s) must be in the same unworn condition as they were sent with all original packaging and accessories included.

Please contact info@frame-vault.com with the name on your order and/or order number for help or to manually initiate a return. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you within 2 business days for any returns that are single qty items or up to 2 items.

We will not accept returns that are sent using your own label or any other label not requested and sent directly by us. 

Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. Orders including 3 or more items that are being returned, please request a label from us. We will refund your original amount less shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee.

The refund will only be through the original payment, Credit card.

We will NOT accept returns on used items. Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean and returned with all the accessories, certificate and case. The article must be sent in its original packaging. All the returned items is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. 

Items returned in used condition or missing original accessories (case, packaging, paperwork) will also be partially refunded depending on the circumstance.

Returns received damaged will either be not accepted and returned to you, or deducted a percentage fee anywhere from 20% and up to 50% of the purchase price depending on the damage and condition.

International Returns 

  1. International returns is on the customers behalf, we do not provide return labels or reimburse for the returned shipping expenses.
  2. duty and tax and shipping cost customer paid for shipment. will not be refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellation will be accepted on an order based on the following:

If the order has not yet been packaged and shipped from our warehouse
An order with prescription can only be cancelled if the lenses hasn't been ordered or worked on yet
